I use a consultative approach learned from two decades as an award-winning sales and marketing professional at various Fortune 100 companies in the music & publishing industries working with some of the world’s most iconic bands, and selling to the world's largest retailers. I understand any kind of sales is a relationship business and real estate is both relationships and lifestyle. Combining my corporate experience with market trends, data, & knowledge provides clients with a professional approach to real estate transactions. I make a commitment to each client to continuous education, hard work, constant communication, and creative problem-solving. Real estate is an ever-evolving industry and therefore I dedicate time to learning, growing, and staying on top of market and business trends. I'm a member of The Mountain Metro Realtor Board (MMAR) and a volunteer on the MMAR Governmental Affairs Committee. I'm a Certified Mountain Area Specialist (CMAS) and a Senior Specialist (SRES). Buying and selling properties in the beautiful Colorado Mountain and rural areas bring unique features such as domestic and household wells, septic systems and leach fields, fire mitigation concerns, and easement issues, just to name a few. As a Certified Mountain Area Specialist, I have had additional and ongoing training covering these issues that provide the education needed to effectively guide my clients in buying, marketing, and selling these properties.   

Along with my husband and various rescued Greyhounds and Black Labs, I have called Boulder home for two decades. I have bought, sold, and developed residential & commercial properties throughout the Denver metro area and the Foothills and invest in out-of-state rental properties. I hold an MBA from Colorado State University, and both Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Broadcasting & Cinematic Arts from Central Michigan University & The University of Toledo.

When not buying or selling real estate I can be found cycling the roads around Boulder, scuba diving, running, and enjoying the Colorado lifestyle. Whether relocating, downsizing, or searching for an investment property I look forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals.
